By accessing or using SyncWithLove, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. Features marked as mature or spicy are intended only for adults who are permitted to view that content where they live.

SyncWithLove provides two-device shared experiences, couples games, questions, tools and generators, shared pages, and optional AI-assisted features. You are responsible for how you use the service and for choosing experiences appropriate for you and your partner.

Do not use SyncWithLove to harass, pressure, impersonate, exploit, or harm another person, or to interfere with the service or another user’s experience.

Some optional content discusses intimacy or adult themes. Such content is intended for adults. Choose it voluntarily, respect your partner’s boundaries, and stop if either person is uncomfortable.

Not every mature experience currently includes a separate in-app consent confirmation for both participants. Agree together before choosing or sharing mature content.

You may submit answers, chat messages, names, avatars where supported, shared-page text, contact messages, email addresses, and prompts. You remain responsible for what you submit and must have the right to provide it.

Do not submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, or malicious content, or sensitive information that is unnecessary for the feature. You allow us to process submitted content only as needed to operate, protect, and support the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Some features use third-party AI providers. Generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or inappropriate, so review it before relying on or sharing it.

AI output is not professional medical, legal, mental-health, or relationship advice. Prompt and provider data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

Using the service may involve browser sessions and the temporary storage or processing of room data, answers, chat, names, avatars, optional email, prompts, shared-page content, and technical request information. Closing a browser does not necessarily delete related records immediately.

The Privacy Policy is the authoritative explanation of what we process, why we process it, and how retention varies by feature and provider.

SyncWithLove may rely on third parties for hosting, email delivery, AI generation, analytics, and advertising. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

We do not control third-party availability, content, or data practices. Advertising does not necessarily mean that SyncWithLove endorses the advertised product or service.

SyncWithLove’s branding, original content, interface designs, software, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, sell, redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit protected material without permission.

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Do not attempt to bypass security controls, access rooms without permission, overload the service, introduce malicious code, automate abusive requests, or use the service unlawfully.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.

SyncWithLove is provided for entertainment, conversation, and general informational purposes. It is provided on an “as available” basis without promises that every feature or result will meet your expectations.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SyncWithLove is not responsible for decisions, disagreements, emotional outcomes, lost data, service interruptions, third-party conduct, or indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms when the service or its requirements change. The revision date below will change when the terms are genuinely updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
