Privacy Policy

SyncWithLove (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. Most tools can be used without an account, but some features process or temporarily store data to provide their requested function.

You do not need to create a user account or public profile to use SyncWithLove. The site still processes session and request data needed to provide its features. Some optional features also ask for names, an email address, or text that you choose to provide.

When you create or join a two-device game, we store room and game records in our database so both devices can stay synchronized. Depending on how you use the room, these records may include the room code, selected category, names and avatars, session identifiers, question progress, answers, scores, and chat messages.

This information is stored temporarily for gameplay and operational purposes; it is not held only in browser memory. Closing a tab does not immediately delete the room or its related records.

If you ask us to email game results, the email address you submit may be stored with the game record and sent to the mail service used to deliver the message. Its retention is connected to the game record, and the mail provider may keep its own delivery records under its terms.

If you create a shared Love Page, the names, relationship date, and message you submit are stored so the link works. Shared Love Pages are configured to expire after up to 90 days.

When you choose an AI-powered feature, the prompt and related settings you submit are sent to our AI service provider to generate a response. Prompts submitted to individual AI tools are processed separately from conversations with the site assistant, but the provider may process request data under its own terms.

Conversations with the site assistant may be stored by SyncWithLove for the feature to operate and for administration. Avoid entering sensitive personal information into AI or assistant fields.

SyncWithLove may use session cookies and browser storage for security, preferences, language, favorites, game state, and interface behavior.

We may also use analytics and advertising services. Those services may receive device information, cookie identifiers, IP-derived information, page URLs, and usage events under their own terms. Browser-stored preferences generally stay on your device unless a feature explicitly submits them to the server.

Our hosting, web server, security, and infrastructure services may process standard technical request information such as IP address, browser or device details, requested URL, timestamps, and error or security events. These operational logs are separate from game answers and may follow the retention settings of the relevant infrastructure provider.

We use scheduled cleanup for temporary game rooms and related records, and separate expiry rules for shared Love Pages. Retention varies by data type, room state, and service provider.

Unless a feature states a verified period, do not assume that data is deleted when you finish a game or close your browser. We are careful not to promise an exact maximum retention period that the current system does not consistently enforce.

Service providers may support hosting, email delivery, AI generation, analytics, and advertising. They may receive request data, device information, cookies, prompts, email delivery information, or usage events under their own terms. We do not sell the text you submit through our relationship tools.
